Delays in communication or missing information may affect deadlines.
4. Before work starts
We always agree on the scope of work, pricing, and payment terms before anything begins.
I also reserve the right to decline or stop working on a project if needed, especially if it is outside my scope or not a good fit.
5. Payments
All payments follow the Payment Policy on this website.
If payment terms are not met, I may pause or stop the work until everything is settled.
6. Changes and extra work
If you request changes outside the original scope, I will let you know if:
- Extra time is needed
- Additional charges apply
- Approval is required before continuing
Nothing will be changed or added without your agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Anything you share with me stays private.
Your business information, files, and communication are only used for the purpose of completing your work. I do not share it with anyone unless required by law or needed for service delivery using trusted tools.
8. Limitations
While I always do my best to deliver quality work, I am not responsible for:
- Issues caused by third-party platforms or tools
- Business outcomes or results beyond my control
- Indirect losses or disruptions
My role is to support your operations, not guarantee specific results.
9. Ending a project
Either of us can end a working relationship with reasonable notice.
If a project is ended:
- Any completed work must still be paid for
- Work already done will be delivered once payment is settled
10. Ownership of work
Once full payment is received, all completed work belongs to you.
I may keep the right to show non-confidential work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
11. Updates to these terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If I do, I will make sure the changes are reflected on this page so everything stays clear and transparent.
