Payment Policy

I want the payment process to feel clear, simple, and professional for both of us. This page outlines how billing works when we work together.

Contract-Based Projects

For one-time projects or fixed-scope contracts, I use a two-part payment structure:

  • 50% onboarding payment is required before work begins
  • 50% final payment is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are released

Work begins only after the onboarding payment has been received.

Ongoing Part-Time or Full-Time Support

For ongoing Virtual Assistant services, you may choose either:

  • Weekly billing
  • Monthly billing

The billing schedule will be agreed upon before work begins.

Payment Method

Payments are accepted only via bank transfer to my Wise account.

I can receive payments in the following currencies:

  • USD (United States Dollar)
  • EUR (Euro)
  • GBP (British Pound Sterling)
  • AUD (Australian Dollar)
  • NZD (New Zealand Dollar)
  • PHP (Philippine Peso)

Each invoice will include the correct Wise bank account details based on your preferred currency.

Invoices

Every invoice includes:

  • Services provided
  • Amount due
  • Due date
  • Wise payment details

Late Payments

Unpaid invoices may result in:

  • Paused work
  • Delayed project timelines
  • Suspension of ongoing support until payment has been received

Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If work has not yet begun, refund requests may be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel with notice. Any completed work remains billable. For contract-based projects, the 50% onboarding payment is non-refundable once work has begun.

Currency and Fees

Payments should be made in the currency specified on the invoice whenever possible. Currency conversion fees or bank charges are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
