How I work

A clear working process.

The setup defines responsibilities, access and approvals before ongoing work begins. It is practical, documented and shaped around the business.

1

Understand the Current Setup

We review systems, workflows, bookkeeping processes, responsibilities and recurring administrative work. This gives us a shared view of what currently happens and where support fits.

2

Define Responsibilities

We agree on what I manage, what remains with the business owner or team, and what requires accountant, CPA or management approval.

3

Set Up the Working Process

We establish access, documentation, communication, recurring responsibilities and workflow expectations. Sensitive information stays within the agreed systems.

4

Ongoing Support

I maintain the agreed responsibilities, review exceptions, keep records current and communicate when something needs attention or approval.

Working relationship

Clear ownership without replacing your team.

I work within existing business processes and alongside owners, internal teams, customers, suppliers and accounting professionals where appropriate.

The client or authorized professional keeps final approval wherever the work requires it.
